18 So Samuel told him [a]everything and hid nothing from him. And he said, “(A)He is the Lord; let Him do [b]what seems good to Him.”

19 Now (B)Samuel grew, and (C)the Lord was with him, and He (D)let none of his words [c]fail. 20 And all Israel (E)from Dan even to Beersheba knew that Samuel was confirmed as a prophet of the Lord.
